By accessing or using fliMessage ("Service"), operated by fliMessage Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

fliMessage is an SMS-based travel concierge service that allows users to search for, compare, and book flights and hotels via text message. The Service uses AI to process your travel requests and provide booking options. fliMessage acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use fliMessage. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By texting our number or providing your phone number through our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from fliMessage related to your travel bookings, confirmations, alerts, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

We will never send unsolicited marketing messages. All messages are related to travel booking requests you initiate or alerts for trips you have booked.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Bookings and Payments

fliMessage facilitates travel bookings on your behalf. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the underlying travel suppliers (airlines, hotels). We will always confirm pricing and details with you before completing any booking. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the travel suppliers. fliMessage will assist you with cancellation requests, but refund eligibility depends on the supplier's policies and the fare or rate purchased. Service fees charged by fliMessage are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

fliMessage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to fliMessage in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with fliMessage are owned by fliMessage Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
